On November 9th, 2008 Microsoft Federal in partnership with the USO will honor and thank our military community by inviting them to a private performance of the 76th Celebration of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular.

The Radio City Christmas Spectacular stars the world famous Radio City Rockettes in an unparalleled show featuring the Rockettes signature eye-high kicks, precision choreography and exciting show stopping numbers that will delight the whole family. This legendary Spectacular has dazzled and inspired over 65 million people for more than 75 years and continues to create memories that will last a lifetime.

The family-centric experience is designed to express appreciation and thanks for our troops and their families by giving them a chance to revel in the holiday season.

To attend, you must 1) pre-register online; 2) confirm your registration by responding to the auto-response email; and 3) pick-up your ticket(s) prior to the event as per the schedule below.

Tickets MUST be picked up IN PERSON at a location listed below and valid military identification must be shown at time of ticket pick-up.

Please note, tickets are free to all attendees, however if you do not pick up your tickets by 7:00pm Tuesday, Nov 4^th 2008 or before, your tickets will be distributed to those on the "wait list".

What do the ticket costs?
There is no cost to you or your family. All tickets have been donated through the generosity of Microsoft Federal in partnership with the USO.

What is the process for getting tickets?
The only way to obtain tickets is to:

1. Familiarize yourself with the event day/time and Frequently Asked Questions
2. Complete the Registration Request online and select where you'd like to pick-up your tickets (Note: you are not yet registered)
3. Confirm your Registration (IMPORTANT: You will IMMEDIATELY be sent an email acknowledging your registration request. You MUST click on the link within the email to CONFIRM your Registration.)
4. Pick-up ticket(s) before 7:00pm Tuesday, Nov 4^th 2008 and remember to bring a valid ID showing active U.S. military duty status.

What age is the show appropriate for?
This show is appropriate for the whole family. It offers something that people of all ages can appreciate, and will appeal to everyone in your family. It is ageless, timeless, and multi-generational.

Do I need a ticket for a young child?
All children who have reached their second birthday require a ticket to gain admittance to Radio City Music Hall. Any child who has yet to reach their second birthday does not require a ticket; however, they may not occupy their own separate seat and must sit on a parent or guardian's lap.

Is there a required dress code for the event?
There is a required dress code for the event.
Dress: Civilian Casual (Military Uniform of the Day Optional)

Is there a limit to the number of tickets active U.S. military personnel can request?
Yes. There is a limit of six total tickets.

How are seats assigned?
A best effort is made to ensure family members are seated together. Consideration is given to individuals with special needs (such as wheel chair access).

How long will tickets be available?
Tickets are available until all seats have been assigned.

How do I pick-up my tickets?
Tickets MUST be picked up IN-PERSON at a location listed below of your choosing and valid military identification must be shown. You will be able to choose where you would like to pick-up the tickets (ONLY ON THOSE DAYS SCHEDULED) when you register.

Please note, if you do not pick up your tickets during one of the specified times, you will not be able to attend the show.

Note: If you are arriving from outside the tri-state area (NY/CT/NJ) and will not be able to pick-up your tickets in advance as per the schedule, you may make special arrangements for your tickets to be held so that you can pick-up them up at the USO General Colin Powell Center up until Friday, November 7, 2008, 6:00 pm. If you required this special arrangement, you must alert the USO office prior to Saturday, Nov 1 by calling (212) 695-6160.

Does everyone in my party need to be with me to pick-up the tickets?
No. You may pick-up all the tickets for everyone in your party that has been registered. Again, just bring identification showing you are currently U.S. active military. A spouse showing military dependent identification may also pick-up the tickets.

When Registering, I choose to pick-up my tickets at one of the military bases (Naval Submarine Base New London, Ft. Hamilton, Picatinny Arsenal) on Saturday, November 1, 2008. However due to circumstances beyond my control, I was not able to pick-up my tickets. Can I pick them up another day?
Every effort should be made to pick-up your ticket(s) at the location and time you selected during your online registration process. However, in those rare situations when something beyond your control prevents you from picking up your ticket(s), your tickets will be moved to the USO General Douglas MacArthur Center just off Times Square, and may be picked-up during any of the days/times below:

• Sunday, Nov 2, 2008, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
• Monday, Nov 3, 2008, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Tuesday, Nov 4, 2008, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

What if I'm not able to pick-up my tickets by Tuesday, November 4^th at the USO of Metropolitan New York?
Tickets must be picked-up by active duty military personnel (showing ID) as per the available schedule (last day is Tuesday, November 4, 2008 from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm at the USO General Douglas MacArthur Center (address shown above).

If tickets are NOT picked up by November 4^th, your tickets will be returned to a general pool for distribution, beginning Wednesday, November 5 through Friday, November 7^th, to U.S. military personnel and families on the waiting list.

Note: If you are arriving from outside the tri-state area (NY/NJ/CT) and will not be able to pick-up your tickets in advance as per the schedule, you may make special arrangements for your tickets to be held so that you can pick-up them up at the USO General Colin Powell Center up until Friday, November 7, 2008, 6:00 pm. Can tickets be mailed to me?
No. Tickets must be picked up in person by active military personnel showing ID, or by a spouse with a military dependent ID.

Can I send someone else to pick-up my tickets?
Tickets can only be picked up by the active duty service member who made the reservations, or by a spouse with a military dependent ID. Military ID must be shown.

How will I know if I've successfully registered?
Once you click on the link contained in the email acknowledging your Pre-Registration, you'll be sent a 2^nd email confirming that you have successfully registered.

I've tried to register, but learned that there are no longer tickets available. Can I get on a wait list?
If you Pre-Registered and confirmed your request in the auto-response email, and if tickets are no longer available, you will be automatically be added to a wait list. This will be communicated to you in a 2^nd email.

If I'm on the wait list, how will I be notified if there are tickets available?
Beginning on Thursday, November 6^th, 2008, we will begin contacting people on the wait list to the extent that tickets are available. These tickets will also require pick-up in person at the USO General Douglas MacArthur Center on either Thursday or Friday, Nov 6-7^th 2008 between 10:00am - 7:00pm.

What if I am not able to attend the event?
Please inform the USO as soon as possible so the tickets may be used by others, by calling Stacie Wells at (212) 695-5590 ext 232.

The 76th Celebration of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular

The Radio City Christmas Spectacular is a once-in-a-lifetime, extraordinary experience that will redefine "Spectacular" from the moment you enter the doors! Snow will fall, the glow of fireworks will light up the stage, and the Rockettes will debut dazzling new numbers as part of this year's spectacular celebration.

Traditional fan-favorites like the "Living Nativity" and the "Parade of the Wooden Soldiers", which have been in the show since 1933, remain a vital part of the show's core. "The Living Nativity" has been newly realized to make it even more beautiful, moving and emotionally accessible and the "Parade of the Wooden Soldiers" continues to set the standard as the signature Rockette number for precision performance.
